Happy Halloween

Yesterday was such an exciting day from start to finish! One of yesterday’s highlights was our class Halloween Celebration. The students were pretty pumped when they came back to class after P.E. to find pine cones, felt, glue bottles, feathers, and Halloween goodies littering their desks! Using the materials on their table and a large pinch of creativity, they were instructed to create their own Halloween Owl (or other bird of their choice).
Let me tell you… they did not disappoint!

HUGE thank you to Lindsey and Talya for their efforts in making this happen for our students!

Of course we can’t forget about the big parade and carnival! Don’t they all look fabulous in their costumes?! I feel so lucky to be part of a learning community that puts on special events like this for students and their families to enjoy!
